- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Booked a member of our team in for one night. Following morning no sign of anyone and no breakfast with all the doors locked to the main areas our member of staff left without anything to eat. The weather is very cold with snow on the ground. I have tried to phone The Heathside Guest House but unable to talk or leave a message.
